About the course

The Tree Of Your Heart is a 12-month, step-by-step, practical how-to for you to make sense of your madness and glorious mess and find meaning, cohesion and awareness. It's the way in, the portal, and the access door to what's next - no matter where you might be in your self-love revolution. There is a different theme for each month, taught in beautiful detail and depth. In each package, you'll have the opportunity to try on several different ways of accessing your heart - through creation, writing, reading, music, and more. This way, you'll learn what speaks to you, what doesn't, and how integrating them into your life can bring about your own transformation. #YouDoYouBoo

There are 3 ways you can take this course: Bite-sized, full blast, or facilitated. If signing up for a year is a bit much, then you’re an Adventurer! Our branches are paired in sets of 3 (just like the seasons), and you can take any season, any time. If you’re in for the long haul because you know change takes time, then you’re an Achiever! Your full year’s worth of materials will be available to you immediately, and you can start high steppin’ into your Heartwork™ your own way, at your own pace. The Virtuoso is for the ready for something more, even if it's scary women. It’s for the sit in front of the class women. The risk facing the hard stuff in search of the truth women. The daring. The hopeful. And the dedicated. It is offered bi-yearly, facilitated by HOYH Hosts, includes bi-monthly conference calls, and a seasonal package delivered right to your door full of goodies and self love supplies. How do I get started?

Once you register, you’ll most likely want to print off the worksheets, since the exercises and writing prompts are imbedded therein. We highly recommend getting yourself a gorgeous, sensible or scintillating binder to hold your branches as you work into them. A trusty pen and journal that’s asking to be filled are other great ideas. If that’s not your jam, you can download to any device and go the digital route. Other than that, watch for an email to grab the link to your materials and Facebook group. The rest is up to you. Ride on, #Cowgirl!

What if I don't complete it on time?

Your time, your way, babe. If you struggle finishing the branches by the end of each month, no worries. This is your self-love, on your time! We know life happens – and the material is meant to be a beginning, a starting place to work through again and again. So whether you plow through like a boss, or do pieces at a time and come back later – your self-love is never wrong. ☺ Just remember…the change you seek happens when you do the work! #Heartwork™. What's the cancellation + refund policy?

As per industry standard, HOYH doesn’t offer refunds or cancellations on courses that can be downloaded and viewed. However, we believe strongly that The Tree Of Your Heart will help you feel, reveal, and step into your own self-love in ways you never have before. Each single season is a one-time purchase of $149 (Adventurer package), as is the one-time payment of $550 for the year-long (Achiever package). If you signed up for our facilitated, year-long program, 4 seasonal payments of $2,000 will begin in January 2021 and end in December 2021 - 12 months (Virtuoso package).

A Deeper Look

Sequence

This course is soulfully intentional in its design. Many years in the making, it became abundantly clear that we need to be tender-footed when approaching the healing of all we are. We are creatures of deep love and even deeper shame, and it takes quiet patience and a clear foundation when shoring up all that needs mending and strengthening. It's therefore important, even vital, to follow this path in the order the course organically unfolds. While you may take any season at any time (any self-love practice is game changing!), the most powerful experience intended is to walk the branches from the ground up.

Symbolism

There's something so relatable about imagery in its ability to help us connect to the deeper parts of ourselves. We are imbued with a symbol's attributes when we imagine it in our minds eye. We can lean on the steadiness of a symbol's meaning, history or characteristics as we try to cultivate our own. For this course, the mighty Tree is the perfect image to center and hold the branches of self-love. From the roots that ground us, the trunk that holds us, all the way up to the smallest limbs climbing into the sky - the vessel of the sacred tree is the perfect symbol to represent, teach, and hold us all throughout the journey of loving the self.

Story

HOYH believes in living and leading with vulnerability. It's also the way we teach one another, and is the presiding theme throughout all 12 branches of self-love. There's no greater way to connect with each other than by telling the story of who we are by how we got here, and how that shapes where we might be going. We learn the truths of our lives by being honest about our experiences and how it feels to walk through them. It is a great gift to know you're not alone. Speaking up and sharing your voice is how we offer hope to those who believe they still are. To be heard, to be witnessed, and to be accepted is a radiant act of self-love we can offer ourselves and others.

Ceremony

Akin to symbolism, ceremony is taking the imagined into the real world. It's a physical representation; it's moving from the inner world to the outer in an intentional act of practice. Thus, we embed our very cells with the change we seek by echoing that desire from within to without. We find solidarity between our selves; we mirror that intention of self-love without mixed messages and subconscious sabotage. It's a simple transfer of power, changing hands without changing purpose and focus. It's the final step in manifesting the change you can see happening right before your very eyes. It's ritual and program; it can be spiritual or practical, and it has the power to massively charge up this soul-cleanse. And this course has a bevy of ceremony opportunity to dip your heart in.
